Composition Rights – Contributors and Shares

List all contributors to the composition (composer, songwriter, publisher, or other entities entitled to royalties). Enter full legal names and assign percentage shares.

I hereby assign and grant to the Musical Copyright Society of Nigeria (MCSN) the exclusive right to manage, license, and collect royalties for the Performing Rights, Mechanical Rights, and Neighboring Rights of all my musical works and sound recordings, both now and in the future, throughout Nigeria and worldwide.

The Musical Copyright Society Nigeria (MCSN) is the only approved Collective Management Organization (CMO) in Nigeria for musical works and sound recording rights. By joining MCSN, you ensure your music is protected, and you earn royalties from its use.

Membership is open to: Authors, Songwriters, Composers, Performers, Producers, Arrangers, Music Publishers, Record Labels, and other Rightsholders.

For Composers, Songwriters, Performers, Producers, Musicians, Arrangers, and Copyright Owners of Musical Works or Sound Recordings.
