Members should notify all their works by registering in the notification of works form below. You should have completed your Membership registration before you submit your works, if you are yet to register, start HERE.

Work Information

It contains the Work’s main information and the original title.
ADD = New Work entry (not previously reported), UPD = Update of an already submitted work.
Original title of work.
Name of the main artist or group of the Music.
Select Language of Musical work e.g English.
Select the Genre of the work.
Song duration in minutes and seconds (example: 03:00)
Is this work recorded?
Supply the International Standard Work Code for Musical Work.
Input the Product release Code for sound recording.
Enter the International Standard Recording Code for sound recording.
When was the work created?

Subtitle Information

It contains additional title information, e.g.: subtitles, alternative titles, etc. This information is optional. Up to 3 subtitles can be specified

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shareholder Information

It contains all data related to the Work’s shareholder information. Minimum one shareholder entry must be available. A maximum of up to 6 shareholders can be specified for a Work.
